Beginning with Japan's first introduction of "SAP"
B-EN-G is the first Japanese partner of the global ERP package, SAP.
They worked to translate the package into Japanese, and it has since been used by many Japanese companies.

In 1993, we localized SAP R/3 into Japanese.
When we first defined BOM as a "bill of materials," our pharmaceutical manufacturing client requested that we change it to a "prescription." As a result, by changing it to a "bill of materials/formula," we were able to make it acceptable to clients in both the assembly and process industries.
Promote the introduction of specialized products to meet a wide range of SCM challenges in the manufacturing industry.
"Ariba" and "Apriso" are still widely used in Japan today.
In order to solve SCM issues such as procurement/purchasing, manufacturing and quality control, we will be introducing major products for the first time in Japan.

B-EN-G's Ariba business began in 2004. We introduced systems for corporate expenditure management and indirect material purchasing management to our customers. Ariba then became a subsidiary of SAP in 2012.
Apriso began its business in 2005. At the time, it was a product called Flexnet from Apriso, a US company. In 2013, it became Dassault SA, a French company. In this way, we have started business with products and companies that are highly regarded by major global software companies prior to their integration.
We will develop new products and respond to industry-specific needs such as regulatory compliance.
Data integrity includes consistent data management and tracking of manufacturing processes.

Pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, which are regulated industries, are required to respond to inspections by regulatory authorities. Since 2011, other industries have started using public clouds, but the use of public clouds has not progressed in regulated industries due to a lack of domestic examples. We believe that the pharmaceutical and medical device industries will not be able to enjoy the benefits of clouds if things continue as they are, so we have worked with companies that have precedents in the US to consider countermeasures, and after undergoing a mock audit by the Japan PDA Pharmaceutical Society and Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures (ERES) Committee, we have proposed a countermeasure. In 2012, we worked with other companies to create the "AWS Usage Reference" and "AWS Supplier Assessment and Audit Application Reference" for Amazon Web Service. We also shared these activities at the industry community ISPE GAMP COP.

In 1998, SAP began offering a manufacturing record function that complies with global regulations for pharmaceutical companies. It was the first Japanese pharmaceutical company in the world to decide to implement it, and B-EN-G worked with SAP to implement it. Since 2005, we have been integrating MES systems with production and logistics facilities when introducing them to pharmaceutical formulation factories. Since 2018, we have become a PAS-X partner and are working with Körber's multinational members to support system implementation.
