Overview

The B-EN-Gp JD-NET Solution consists of SAP S/4HANA's FI (Accounting), MM (Inventory Management), SD (Sales Management) modules, EDI functions linked to JD-NET, and a group of functions that execute these business processes.

The environment is provided as a standard setting for the template B-EN-Gp for the pharmaceutical industry, which has a rich track record, and you can immediately check the prototype with simple initial settings. GAPs can be identified quickly and configurations can be set with high precision. In addition, it is easier to construct complex interfaces that were previously time consuming. It is compatible with the latest technology provided by SAP.

B-EN-Gp incorporates business logic into each sales unit so that it can be used without problems even by companies that have operations spread across countries or in multiple industries.
For example, when using the global template, the sales unit can be defined individually, so that the function of connecting to JD-NET can be performed as a requirement specific to the Japanese pharmaceutical industry, without affecting other countries or different industries.

Simplification of functions and masters: Masters and functions are consolidated in SAP S/4HANA. Therefore, there is no need for double maintenance or synchronization of the master.

Fiori is incorporated in order management, shipping and billing, and inventory management, with tile screen listings and various help functions available.
