Until now, B-EN-G has provided operation and maintenance services that respond to inquiries received from customers' primary contact points, but from April 2025, we have launched a new support system that responds directly to inquiries from end users.
By receiving direct feedback from end users, we are able to understand on-site issues more accurately and quickly.
By combining real-life feedback from the field with data accumulated in the system, we will provide strong support for our customers' business reforms and value creation by making improvements and proposing ways to make business systems easier to use.
