Overview

"B-EN-Ggpm (Global Performance Management)" is a system that links the budget/performance management, management consolidation, and institutional consolidation systems of each group company on one system platform, "SAP® Business Planning & Consolidation (SAP BPC)." This makes it easier to understand the overall situation of group companies.

Group Operation Management Functions

The "B-EN-Ggpm" group operation management function is designed to perform systematic and managerial consolidation.
In addition to presetting the standard functions of SAP BPC in accordance with Japanese accounting standards, we also provide necessary functions such as eliminating inventory unrealized profits in addition to the standard functions.

■Function overview

  • It is pre-equipped with input screens (including annotation information required for disclosure) and many automatic processing functions required for a Japanese standard system consolidation system. In addition to the standard SAP BPC functions, we have also implemented inventory unrealized profit elimination function and loan loss reserve adjustment function.
  • It is possible to consolidate budget/forecast information using the same logic as system consolidation.
  • We also provide permission settings tailored to the assumed process.
  • Most of each report and parameter settings are defined by master property (attribute) values, reducing the time required to change the customer's account code system.
  • All screens/master data used by reporting companies are available in multiple languages. (Two languages, Japanese and English, are installed at the time of shipment)

Single Operation Management Functions

The "B-EN-Ggpm" single operation management function is designed to perform budgeting, forecasting, and forecast (prospective) preparation on a stand-alone basis.
We support sales figures and various expense figures such as departmental expenses, personnel expenses, and research expenses.

■Function overview

  • Unit price and quantity are entered by customer/item, and the sales amount is calculated. Unit prices are based on the currency of the contract with the customer and can be converted to foreign currency.
  • Expense data manages amounts by department/account. It is also possible to break down the data into product groups and create PL for each product group.
  • Personnel cost data manages personnel costs by department based on wage rates and number of employees. It is also possible to manage by rank.
  • Research expense data can be managed on a case (project) basis.
  • We have implemented an allocation function between departments and product groups. It also supports multi-stage allocation.
  • It is possible to transfer sales data to expense data. It is also possible to transfer PL data as consolidated data.
  • Most of each report and parameter settings are defined by master property (attribute) values, so it is possible to change to the customer's account code system in no time.
  • All screens/masters support multiple languages. (Two languages, Japanese and English, are installed at the time of shipment)
