● UN Global Compact

In April 2024, our group signed and joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) proposed by the United Nations.
We are also a member of the Global Compact Network Japan (GCNJ).

As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, our group supports the 10 principles in the four areas of "Human Rights", "Labor", "Environment", and "Anti-corruption", and will continue to promote our efforts.

Japan Climate Initiative (JCI)

JCI is a network made up of a variety of entities, including companies and local governments, under the declaration that "Japan will join the forefront of the world in its quest for decarbonization."

We support this declaration and joined in September 2025 to further clarify our contribution to climate change measures.

"Gold Certification" for Excellent Health Company

In recognition of our proactive health promotion efforts, we had been certified as a "Excellent Healthy Company (Silver Certification)" for three consecutive years since 2021. On December 25, 2023, we received the "Excellent Healthy Company (Gold Certification)" in recognition of our even higher level of health management efforts.

Certification based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation (Platinum Kurumin Plus Certification)

We have obtained the "Platinum Kurumin Plus" certification mark, which is awarded to companies that actively support employees in balancing childcare with infertility treatment and work.

“Eruboshi” Certification based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

We have obtained the "Eruboshi" Certification (Stage 3), given to companies that have excellent efforts to promote the active participation of women

Certified as a "Great Place to Work"

We have been certified as a "Great Place to Work" based on a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan.

DX Certification

We have obtained "DX Certification," a government-approved certification for companies recognized as ready to promote Digital Transformation (DX), in compliance with the Digital Governance Code.
