- ● UN Global Compact
- In April 2024, our group signed and joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) proposed by the United Nations.
We are also a member of the Global Compact Network Japan (GCNJ).
As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, our group supports the 10 principles in the four areas of "Human Rights", "Labor", "Environment", and "Anti-corruption", and will continue to promote our efforts.

- "Gold Certification" for Excellent Health Company
- In recognition of our proactive health promotion efforts, we had been certified as a "Excellent Healthy Company (Silver Certification)" for three consecutive years since 2021. On December 25, 2023, we received the "Excellent Healthy Company (Gold Certification)" in recognition of our even higher level of health management efforts.
- Certified under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation (Platinum Kurumin Certification)
- We have been awarded the "Platinum Kurumin" certification, a mark given to companies that support child-rearing.
- “Eruboshi” Certification based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
- We have obtained the "Eruboshi" Certification (Stage 3), given to companies that have excellent efforts to promote the active participation of women
- Certified as a "Great Place to Work"
- We have been certified as a "Great Place to Work" based on a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan.
- DX Certification
- We have obtained "DX Certification," a government-approved certification for companies recognized as ready to promote Digital Transformation (DX), in compliance with the Digital Governance Code.
