What is B-EN-G?
We provide customer-focused IT solutions and support to the manufacturing industry.
The majority of our customers' business is related to the manufacturing industry.
We understand and value manufacturing from both management and on-site perspectives, and provide optimal solutions tailored to our customers with an eye on the future.
B-EN-G's 3 Core Businesses
With a focus on problem-solving system solutions, our business supports our own products, as well as provides a system support business for maintenance and operation.
Solution Business
Promoting problem-solving business practices by combining ERP and core systems with peripheral products. In recent years, in addition to working on business strategy and manufacturing execution management, we have also taken on the challenge of IoT and data analysis.
Product Business
Our packaged products, mcframe, GLASISOUS, and Business b-ridge have been developed in-house using years of industry know-how. We have built an ecosystem with many business partners who have strengths in various fields.
System Support Business
In order to continuously support the entire system lifecycle, we provide system development, infrastructure design, and post-system operation and maintenance services, as well as IT outsourcing services.
Progress
We were one of the first companies in Japan to focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and pioneer the business. Since then, we have been helping our clients, mainly in the manufacturing industry, to solve their problems.
Progress by Decade

Leading Expert in ERP System Construction
Our main business is building ERP systems. ERP systems are generally referred to as core business systems, and aim to improve management efficiency by comprehensively managing corporate activities from production management to financial accounting in order to make effective use of business resources.
We have led the industry as a pioneer in Japan in the field of ERP system construction. In 1989, we directly contacted the German company SAP, which is a leading ERP package. We have been promoting the "Japanization" of packages in line with Japanese standards, and in 1993 we have a track record of successfully leading Japan's first ERP implementation project using SAP products.

See the origins of our business and our commitment as a partner supporting the transformation of the manufacturing industry.
