In 2022, we have formulated a new brand statement, "Business Engineering for Growth," and a new purpose, "Engineering Value-creating Business". We will continue to pursue our business with the aim of realizing our purpose while sticking close to our customers goals and values.
To realize this purpose, we will focus on the following four themes.
① By increasing efficiency through IT, we support the creation of an environment where customers can turn to creative activities.
- ② Provide products and services that contribute to improving customers' innovation power (creativity).
- ③ Promote corporate management with the aim of becoming a creative company.
- ④ Contribute to the creation of a society and environment where "creative industries" can be easily born and nurtured.
First, by streamlining our clients' operations with IT, we will help create an environment in which they can engage in the creation of new innovations. We also hope to contribute to the development of industries in Japan and overseas by addressing issues such as labor shortages and supply chain risks as well as developing global business through the use of IT. Specifically, by introducing and utilizing core systems, mainly for our manufacturing clients, we will improve operational efficiency, optimize the allocation of resources, reduce waste, and ensure a stable supply of products.
Furthermore, we will strive to improve our creativity in order to continuously provide new value not only to our customers but also to our own stakeholders.
As a company that must fulfill its social responsibility, we are determined to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society by working to solve social issues through our business and by offering a safe, secure, and rewarding work environment.
In order to realize a sustainable society, we have summarized the areas that we should focus on and the evaluation of their importance as "B-EN-G Group's Materiality." We will continue to promote "sustainability initiatives that are unique to our company."
