B-EN-G Group's Sustainability Policy
Business Engineering Corporation (B-EN-G) was established in 1999 with the aim of supporting various companies, including manufacturing companies, in terms of utilizing information systems. Since then, we have continued to support companies in utilizing information systems not only in Japan but also in countries around the world. Based on our basic philosophy of "Contributing to society through new value creation as a professional group that puts customer satisfaction first," our group has continued to provide the value of "engineering" unique to B-EN-G to build the systems necessary for client companies to provide products and services to society. And what supports this value are irreplaceable "people." Our belief remains unchanged that the value provided by our group is realized by various "people" nurturing and working in a comfortable environment.
Our group believes that the synergy between people who work with enthusiasm, products and services that create new value, and corporate management that is trusted by society will contribute to the development of a sustainable society. Toward that goal, the B-EN-G Group will work on a variety of "sustainability" themes that take into account the characteristics of our business.
Sustainability Promotion Structure / Sustainability Committee
As of June 1, 2023, the Company established a Sustainability Committee as an organization responsible for promoting sustainability activities. The committee is engaged in various sustainability promotion activities, including formulation of sustainability-related policies and planning of activities, formulation of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) policies and measures, identification and review of key sustainability issues, disclosure of sustainability-related information, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
