In view of the global demand for maintaining a fair and just competitive order, the B-EN-G Group complies with the Antimonopoly Act and other competition-related laws and regulations both domestically and internationally, and in order to carry out its business lawfully and appropriately. We have formulated a policy.
- We conduct fair transactions in accordance with sound business practices and faithfully fulfill our contractual obligations with business partners.
- In our relationships with business partners, we comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Antimonopoly Act and strive to conduct transparent and fair transactions.
- We fully understand the Subcontract Act, and do not engage in acts that result in refusal of acceptance, unfair purchase criticism, delay in payment, etc.
- We will not engage in acts that constitute unfair trade practices, such as restricting resale prices or tying sales.
- We will not make any arrangements with other companies in the same industry regarding sales prices, quantities, etc., nor will we engage in acts that unfairly restrict trade, such as bid rigging.
