B-EN-G Group Fair Trade Methods Compliance Policy
The B-EN-G Group has formulated this policy in light of the global demand to maintain fair and equitable competition, to comply with the Antimonopoly Law and other domestic and foreign competition-related laws and regulations, and to ensure the lawful and proper conduct of its business.
- We conduct fair transactions in accordance with sound business practices and faithfully fulfill our contractual obligations with business partners.
- In our relationships with business partners, we comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Antimonopoly Act and strive to conduct transparent and fair transactions.
- We fully understand the Subcontract Act, and do not engage in acts that result in refusal of acceptance, unfair purchase criticism, delay in payment, etc.
- We do not engage in acts that constitute unfair trade practices, such as restricting resale prices or tying sales.
- We do not make any arrangements with other companies in the same industry regarding sales prices, quantities, etc., nor do we engage in acts that unfairly restrict trade, such as bid rigging.
