B-EN-G Group Occupational Safety and Health Policy

The B-EN-G Group believes that creating a workplace environment where each employee is physically and mentally healthy, safe, and can fully utilize their abilities is the foundation for sustainable value creation. We position occupational safety and health as one of our most important management priorities and will promote the following initiatives.

  1. Scope of application

    This policy applies to all officers and employees of the B-EN-G Group. We also strive to seek understanding and support for this policy from our business partners, and together we aim to build a safe and healthy value chain.

  2. Compliance with laws and regulations and respect for international standards

    We comply with international standards regarding occupational safety and health, national laws and regulations, and internal company rules. We also continuously incorporate industry best practices and strive to improve our management system.

  3. Promoting dialogue and consultation

    We place great importance on constructive dialogue and consultation with our employees. We believe that a safe workplace environment depends on both the company's commitment to safety and each employee taking proactive responsibility for their own health management. We will maintain a system that promotes improvement through two-way communication, utilizing frameworks such as the health and safety committee established by law.

  4. Risk Reduction and Countermeasures

    We regularly identify and assess potential risks in the workplace and strive to prevent occupational accidents and health problems by focusing on the following areas.

    • Creating a healthy and comfortable work environment: We support the creation of safe and comfortable work environments tailored to offices and diverse work styles, aiming to reduce physical strain caused by work.

    • Addressing physical and mental health risks: We will strive to understand employees' health status and ensure they get adequate rest and sleep, support their self-care, and strengthen our support system to prevent mental health problems.

    • Implementation of safety and health education and raising awareness: Through continuous education and awareness-raising for all officers and employees, we will increase sensitivity to risks and foster a safety culture throughout the organization.

  5. Continuous improvement and goal management

    We will regularly monitor the implementation status of this policy and strive for continuous improvement.

    • Setting and executing goals: Based on identified risks, we develop a prioritized action plan. We also set quantitative targets using appropriate indicators and drive initiatives forward.

    • Evaluation and Review: We will strive for continuous improvement of our safety and health management system by regularly evaluating and analyzing the results of our efforts and reflecting them in our plans.
