Business Engineering Corporation Action Plan

We will formulate the following action plan to enable our employees to balance work and childcare, and to enable all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities.

  2. Content

    Goal 1: In order to increase the rate at which male employees take childcare leave, we will change the way that "individual notification and confirmation of intentions regarding childcare leave," which is currently done by human resources personnel, is done by "direct superiors."

<Countermeasures>

From October 2024

We will consider the tools, mechanisms, and education required for "immediate supervisors" to "individually inform and confirm intentions regarding childcare leave."

From April 2025

Depending on the results of the study, necessary preparations will be made and operations will begin.


Goal 2: Implement measures that take into consideration workers undergoing fertility treatment.

Investigate employees' needs regarding balancing infertility treatment with work.

From April 2025

Establish a policy regarding balancing fertility treatment with work and make it known to employees.

From October 2025

Provide training for all employees on balancing fertility treatment with work.


Goal 3: Continue to promote the taking of annual paid leave and implement initiatives to reduce overtime work.

From April 2024

Continue efforts to encourage the taking of annual paid leave by publishing monthly annual paid leave taking rates by department.

From April 2024

Continue efforts to alert employees who work long hours each month and their superiors to reduce their working hours.
