Business Engineering Corporation, Ltd. (Head office: Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; abbreviation: B-EN-G, pronounced B-ENG) is pleased to announce that it has decided to introduce a stock incentive plan (RS Trust) for employees working for the company and its group companies.

This system is a framework that allows employees to directly share in the company's achievements. It creates an environment where employees can feel more personally involved in the company's growth, and strengthens the system for evaluating employees' challenges and contributions over the long term. By holding company stock without any burden on employees, we hope that this will help foster a sense of unity and share in the company's achievements and values.

■ Purpose of introducing the system
