Business Engineering Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masakazu Haneda, hereinafter "B-EN-G") is pleased to announce that it has received bronze certification as a "TOKYO Papa Childcare Promotion Company," which is registered by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a company that has achieved a certain percentage of its male employees taking childcare leave. This system evaluates companies with a childcare leave taking rate of 50% or more of their male employees in three stages according to the rate of taking leave.

At B-EN-G, we aim to realize a virtuous cycle in which we support each employee in living a fulfilling life and utilize the skills and vitality gained through that experience in our corporate activities. Based on this idea, we have established a childcare support system that goes beyond what is legally required and promoted male employees' participation in childcare. As a result, the rate of male employees taking childcare leave in the past two fiscal years met the standard, leading to this bronze certification (taking up 50% to 75%).

In addition to this latest certification, the company has also received the "Elboshi (three-star) mark" for promoting women's participation in the workforce, as well as the "Platinum Kurumin" certification for supporting child-rearing, and is committed to creating a work environment where all employees, regardless of gender, can thrive.
