This service reduces the time required for manual invoice entry by one-third through highly accurate AI-powered reading and generation of journal entry candidates. Furthermore, under security management based on international security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018), it supports the reduction of the burden of document processing in accounting and purchasing departments through integration with various companies' ERP systems.

• Reliance on manual data entry and person-dependent processing
  The manual data entry burden for irregularly formatted purchase documents (order forms, invoices, receipts, etc.) is significant, and setting account and tax classifications depends on the experience of the person in charge. In particular, at overseas locations, the low retention rate of personnel leads to inconsistencies in bookkeeping rules with each change in personnel.
• Barriers to standardization due to differences in systems
  Because tax systems and business practices differ from country to country, implementing common tools is difficult. Individual implementations at each location increase costs, and centralized management at headquarters becomes challenging.
• Missing supporting documents in the tax pre-process
  In overseas branches with earlier filing deadlines, it's common practice to file tax returns before accounting data is finalized. As a result, supporting documents are processed first using tax calculation sheets, and may be missed by the data entry functions built into the accounting system.
