Business Engineering Corporation

Business Engineering Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masakazu Haneda; hereinafter "B-EN-G") is pleased to announce that it has acquired all shares of Fieldcross Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuhide Kito; hereinafter "Fieldcross"), a company that develops and provides industrial smart glasses and remote support software, effective May 28, 2026, making Fieldcross a wholly owned subsidiary.
While we currently anticipate this matter will have a minor impact on our consolidated financial results, we will promptly disclose any matters that require disclosure.

■ Background and purpose of the subsidiary acquisition
In recent years, digitalization and DX have become key to solving problems in all types of workplaces, including manufacturing. B-EN-G launched "orishia," a DX solution that collects and utilizes on-site video data to aid in skills transfer and safety training, in March 2026, strengthening its support for improving on-site operational efficiency. To further advance the digitalization of on-site knowledge, it is necessary to collect and utilize real-world on-site data from various perspectives.
This collaboration brings together Fieldcross's technology, which allows them to develop both hardware and software in-house for industrial smart glasses, enabling more practical collection and utilization of on-site data. Moving forward, we aim to combine the expertise and technologies of both companies to develop and provide new solutions specifically tailored to field applications.

■Comment from Kazuhide Kito, President and CEO of Fieldcross Co., Ltd.
I am very pleased to be starting a new chapter as a member of the B-EN-G Group, which has been a leader in the IT transformation of Japan's manufacturing industry.
To date, our company has been working to solve on-site problems by connecting people to people and people to information through our industrial smart glasses "InfoLinker3" and remote support software "LinkerWorks".
By combining "orishia" and our expertise in on-site data collection and support,we are confident that we can provide unprecedented value to our customers. Moving forward, we will continue to provide solutions that strongly support those working on the front lines and contribute to the development of Japanese industry.

■ Future Outlook
Going forward, B-EN-G and Fieldcross will deeply share their business strategies in the "on-site DX" domain and jointly develop products and services in this area. By combining the technological capabilities and customer bases of both companies, we will maximize group synergies and contribute to the further expansion of the on-site DX business and the resolution of social issues.

■ About orishia
orishia is a DX solution brand for field workers, born from the idea of "weaving together" the "people," "information," and "technology" of the workplace. Centered around the technology platform concept "orishia CORE," the product suite consists of four areas (acquisition/learning, practice, recording, and analysis) that are aligned with the cycle of field work. It targets not only manufacturing but all industries that involve a field. By transforming the vast amount of data generated on-site into "assets" for companies and "wisdom" that is valuable to workers, and by delivering optimal feedback to each individual in the organization and on the field, it maximizes execution power.
