Business Engineering Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masakazu Haneda; hereinafter referred to as "B-EN-G") and NTT DATA BizIntegral Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "NTT DATA BizIntegral") are pleased to announce that they have begun offering a new two-tier ERP model for large corporate groups with global business operations from November 2025.
This model is made possible by linking data between "Biz∫ (BizIntegral)," a domestic ERP provided by NTT DATA BizIntegral, and "GLASIAOUS+," a cloud-based international accounting and ERP service from B-EN-G. This linkage enables the head office to manage details with a highly functional ERP, while overseas bases can operate cost-effectively with a global ERP, while enabling integrated management analysis of the entire group.
B-EN-G and NTT DATA BizIntegral will strengthen their support for corporate groups that operate globally by proposing a new two-tier ERP model. The two companies aim to contribute to the advancement of group management and to further deepen collaboration with domestic and international partners, thereby expanding their system to comprehensively support Japanese companies expanding overseas.
■Background and Issues
For large corporations that operate globally, controlling overseas group companies from their headquarters in Japan and speeding up group management are important issues.
Each of the previous options had the following challenges:
① Global single ERP model
Integrated analysis is easy, but the cost burden is heavy for small overseas bases due to excessive functionality.
② Two-tier ERP model
While it is possible to set up optimal systems at the head office and each branch, it is difficult to perform management analysis across the group.
■ Solution: New two-tier ERP model through collaboration between Biz∫ and GLASIAOUS+
B-EN-G and NTT DATA BizIntegral have developed a solution that integrates both products to take advantage of the two-tier ERP model's advantage of "optimizing each location" while resolving its disadvantage of "difficulty in integrated analysis."
The key mechanism supporting this model is the group consolidated database function of Biz∫. By aggregating accounting information from overseas bases from GLASIAOUS+ into a consolidated database and integrating it with common account items and currencies, it is possible to analyze income and expenditures across the entire group and achieve timely business management.
■Effects of collaboration
The new two-tier ERP model that we are now offering will solve the existing issues with the following features:
- Optimal system layout
The head office and domestic bases manage their operations using "Biz∫", while overseas bases manage their operations using "GLASIAOUS+". As "GLASIAOUS+" is a cloud service, the head office can keep track of local sales and inventory status in real time. - Integrated Business Analysis
Domestic and international accounting information is automatically aggregated into Biz∫'s group consolidated database, enabling income and expenditure analysis using common account items and currencies. - Flexible operation according to the characteristics of each base
The head office uses a highly functional ERP system for detailed management and analysis, while overseas bases operate on a cost-effective ERP system that also complies with the tax systems and accounting standards of each country. - Comparative advantages over a single global ERP model
It is possible to achieve both optimization for each location and integrated analysis for the group, while also maintaining group governance.
■ Future developments
B-EN-G and NTT DATA BizIntegral will support companies that are expanding their global business both domestically and internationally, and contribute to strengthening group management by proposing global ERP solutions that fit each group. In addition, by further deepening collaboration with both companies' domestic and international partners, we will expand our comprehensive support system for Japanese companies expanding overseas.
