■About the Integrated Report 2025
The purpose of this report is to explain B-EN-G's sustainable corporate value creation to a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, and to deepen dialogue. Now in its second year of publication, the report has been expanded with the following content.

1. B-EN-G's Strengths and Social Contribution
   A newly added “Facts” page highlights our strengths with clear quantitative data. By publishing actual project examples, we concretely demonstrate how our business is directly linked to solving social issues.
2. Clarifying long-term strategies
   We have created a new page called "BE 2030" and have presented a clear growth strategy for fiscal 2030. Our target for FY2030 is net sales of 33 billion yen and operating profit of 10 billion yen.
3. Business History
   We have added a page in which the people who have led the business look back on the origins and trajectory of the business, detailing our growth story and the source of our competitive advantage.
4. Expanded director information
   We have expanded the information related to our directors and increased the number of messages from our outside directors from one to four, demonstrating our efforts to strengthen our management oversight system from a variety of perspectives.
