The GLASIAOUS Consortium, whose secretariat is Business Engineering Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masakazu Haneda, hereinafter "B-EN-G"), announced today that Global Japan AAP Consulting Private Limited (Chennai, India, Managing Director: Keisuke Tanaka, hereinafter "GJC") has joined the consortium to strengthen its support system for companies expanding into India. GJC is a consulting firm with a track record of supporting over 200 companies in expanding into India, with operations in five locations across five states in India.
With the company's membership, we are now able to provide tax and advisory services in India, as well as support in building systems that meet compliance requirements.

Background
While interest in expanding into India is growing among Japanese companies, India's complex legal system, frequent tax reforms, and diverse state tax systems mean that companies need to deal with accounting, taxation, and compliance issues.
GLASIAOUS, an international accounting and ERP service provided by B-EN-G, is also used by companies based in India, but there is an increasing demand for system infrastructure support for the complex legal and tax systems, as well as local practical support. In order to meet these needs, GJC, which has a wealth of know-how in helping Japanese companies expand into India, has joined the consortium.
