Business Engineering Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masakazu Haneda, hereafter "B-EN-G") is pleased to announce the establishment of a strategic partnership with two European IT consulting firms: msg Plaut AG ("msg Plaut") and Saleck Consulting GmbH ("Saleck Consulting"), both of which specialize in providing IT consulting services for the manufacturing industry.
This partnership will leverage a newly established global network to enhance B-EN-G’s ability to support Japanese manufacturing companies expanding into Europe and the Americas, while msg Plaut will focus on supporting European companies entering the Asian market.

■Background
As globalization becomes essential for Japanese manufacturers, due to evolving global changes such as geopolitical risks and trade frictions, it is becoming relatively difficult in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and cost with traditional headquarters-driven globalization, “Dominant Globalization”. In order to develop business globally with corporate governance in this era, it will be highly significant to adopt “Adaptive Globalization” that standardize and optimize global business operations by accept and take advantage of the characteristics of the region.
B-EN-G has been actively supporting the global rollout project of Japanese manufacturing companies, primarily in the Asian region. In recent years it has seen a growing number in consultations regarding business expansion including Europe and Americas.

With msg Plaut and Saleck Consulting as partners, B-EN-G will build a global network to support Japanese companies expanding across continents. Through this strategic partnership between the three companies, B-EN-G will be responsible for the Asian region, and msg Plaut for the Europe and Americas regions, providing global support adapted to regional characteristics.
