■導入背景
フリークアウトは、広告分野を主力事業としながら、企業のマーケティング活動やビジネスを推進する多彩なプロダクトを国内外に展開し、特にアジアパシフィック地域では、シンガポール、タイ、インドネシア、台湾など複数拠点を有しています。しかし、各拠点で異なる会計システムが運用され、本社に提出される財務諸表の精度にばらつきがあり、月次決算の作業負荷が増大していました。また、拠点のバックオフィス体制が少人数のため、担当者の不在時に、業務が滞るリスクを抱えていました。これらを解決すべく、業務プロセスの標準化が急務でした。
