B-EN-G has set "responding to the global environment and climate change" as one of its materiality issues, and is working to reduce its own GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions. In addition, the company is promoting the reduction of environmental impact through its business activities, such as by providing "mcframe 7 CFP," a solution that visualizes CO2 emissions per product. The company believes that receiving a "B" score this time is a result of these activities being recognized.

Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our own environmental activities and contribute to building a sustainable society by supporting our customers' efforts toward carbon neutrality using digital technology. Furthermore, by promoting information disclosure and further deepening dialogue with stakeholders, we will increase our corporate value in terms of both resolving environmental issues and improving profitability.

About CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)
CDP is an international NGO established in the UK in 2000 that calls on companies around the world to disclose information such as their climate change strategies and greenhouse gas emissions, and publishes their assessment scores worldwide. The "B" score that B-EN-G received is the third highest score out of an eight-level scale (A, A-, B, B-, C, C-, D, D-). The "B" score is considered a "management level" in CDP standards, and indicates that a company has been assessed as "understanding and taking action regarding its own environmental risks and impacts."
