Business Engineering Corporation, Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masakazu Haneda; hereinafter "B-EN-G") today announced that it has decided to make an equity investment in SIMTOPS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO and CEO: Takashi Mizuno; hereinafter "SIMTOPS"). B-EN-G will acquire 49 SIMTOPS shares (14.8% of the total number of issued shares).
Through this capital alliance, we plan to further strengthen the expansion of "mcframe RAKU-PAD," an OEM version of "i-Reporter" developed by Simtops, in overseas markets.

Since 2016, B-EN-G has been developing the OEM version of "mcframe RAKU-PAD" based on the paperless field report solution "i-Reporter" developed and sold by Simtops, and its sales performance has been highly evaluated. We have built a strong partnership with Simtops, including winning the OEM Partner Award at the "i-Reporter AWARD" multiple times.

With this capital participation, the two companies will deepen their collaboration even more than before, and will utilize B-EN-G's overseas bases and network to strengthen the provision of solutions for the manufacturing industry. In addition, by promoting further collaboration with "mcframe," a production management solution provided by B-EN-G, and accelerating digital transformation at manufacturing sites, the two companies will support the improvement of the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry both in Japan and overseas.

B-EN-G and SIMTOPS will use this partnership as an opportunity to maximize the strengths of both companies and expand their business, aiming to increase sales fivefold in five years. Going forward, we will continue to provide innovative solutions that contribute to on-site improvements in the manufacturing industry.
