Announcement of the signing of the United Nations Global Compact

Business Engineering Corporation

Business Engineering Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Masakazu Haneda; hereinafter "B-EN-G") has signed the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) advocated by the United Nations, and was registered as a participating company on April 1, 2024.

We would also like to announce that on the same day, we also joined the Global Compact Network Japan, a local network of the UNGC.

The UNGC is the world's largest sustainability initiative, bringing together the United Nations and the private sector (companies and organizations) to build a healthy global society. Companies and organizations that sign the UNGC are expected to agree to 10 principles in four areas related to "protecting human rights," "eliminating unfair labor practices," "responding to the environment," and "preventing corruption," and to continue making efforts to realize these principles.

With the purpose of "increasing the number of creative industries in the world," B-EN-G will adhere to the 10 principles of the UNGC and work to create a sustainable society by providing products and services that directly and indirectly contribute to solving social issues.
