What is AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR)?
FTR is a technical validation program that reviews services based on risk validation items defined by AWS. In FTR, risk validation is carried out from three perspectives: security, reliability, and operational excellence. Only services that meet certain standards pass FTR and are officially recognized as "AWS Qualified Software," indicating that the services are safe for customers to use.
