Business Engineering Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Masakazu Haneda; hereinafter "B-EN-G") is pleased to announce its capital participation in Aureole Information Technology (Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam; President: Yoshiyuki Takeuchi, hereinafter "AIT"), a subsidiary of Mitani Sangyo Co., Ltd. (Kanazawa, Ishikawa; President: Tadateru Mitani).

B-EN-G concluded a partnership agreement with AIT in August 2018 regarding the sales and implementation of the in-house developed ERP package "mcframe" and has been carrying out the mcframe business in Vietnam. This capital participation aims to further strengthen the partnership between the two companies and expand mcframe sales in Vietnam.

Vietnam currently ranks fifth in the world in terms of the number of Japanese manufacturing bases, and the rate of increase in the number of new companies expanding into the country is also high at 9.2% (2014-2020). Vietnam is becoming one of the important bases for mcframe's existing customers as they expand into multiple countries in ASEAN, and the number of existing mcframe customers is approaching 50. Meanwhile, AIT has continued to do business in Vietnam for over 20 years since its establishment in 2001, working to develop local human resources and cultivating sales know-how for Japanese companies. B-EN-G will further utilize AIT's human resources and know-how to further expand sales of mcframe in the Vietnamese market.
