IT Support Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
B-EN-G has continued to face the challenges of the manufacturing industry since our founding in 1990
-
1990
Started business after emerging from the systems development team of major engineering company
-
1991
Began ERP business as Japan's first SAP partner

We started as the system development division of a global engineering company that constructs plants around the world.
As the introduction of automation and IT systems in the manufacturing industry progressed, we applied our know-how in implementing large-scale projects, both domestic and overseas, towards system construction to meet the needs of numerous manufacturing customers.
Initially, we were able to systemize major manufacturers in Japan using scratch development (a method of custom-made system development), but we were quick to notice the potential of ERP, which was born overseas, and developed a global ERP system. We became Japan's first partner for the SAP package.
After that, B-EN-G began to grow significantly, focusing on the ERP business.
Product Planning and Development of In-house Products
We create and continue to refine our in-house developed packages
-
1996
Developed and released "MCFrame", a packaged product that supports the supply chain of the manufacturing industry.
-
2012
Released ERP "ASIA GP" (currently mcframe GA) for overseas bases.
-
2016
"mcframe" brand integration
Launched “mcframe IoT” series -
2017
Launched new ERP "mcframe 7"

Main in-house developed packages

Manufacturing digitalization solutions for Japanese manufacturing companies that compete on the global scale

A platform that visualizes, streamlines, and automates business processes
B-EN-G has cultivated vital know-how while supporting system implementations of many major companies that make up Japan's manufacturing industry.
While leveraging the experience gained through scratch development and the implementation of ERP packages, in 1996 we launched an in-house developed package that supports the supply chain of the manufacturing industry: MCFrame (Changed to "mcframe” in 2016). Nearly 30 years after its release, the mcframe series continues to be a brand that commands a high market share.
B-EN-G also carries out product planning and development to continue meeting customer requests, such as developing new packages and introducing new series.
Relationship of Trust with Customers
We stand by the customer's side for the long-term,
developing their system together
-
2000
Started ERP system application maintenance business
-
2003
Established Toyo Business System Services Co., Ltd. (currently Business System Services Co., Ltd.) with an independent operation and maintenance department.

B-EN-G's defining trait is our long-term relationship with our customers. It is not uncommon for us to have relationships for over 10 or 20 years, and our relationships of trust deepen over time.
The systems we provide to support core of the manufacturing industry do not end with development and implementation. It is necessary to maintain stable system operation and expand and modify it for further utilization for the growth of the company.
In order to achieve stable system operation, we established a group company specializing in operation and maintenance (currently Business System Services Co., Ltd.) in 2003.

We actively support the global expansion of "Manufacturing Japan." In today's manufacturing industry, overseas companies are involved in all aspects of the product cycle, from production to design, procurement of raw materials and parts, and product sales. In such a business environment, IT is necessary to efficiently manage and operate all activities.
With our extensive experience and know-how, we provide products and services tailored to customer needs, addressing issues such as sales, production, and logistics management, cost optimization, and balancing local and consolidated accounting. We have a track record of implementation in more than 100 countries.
